Workforce housing is rental apartments that have been master leased by Dartmouth Health. These apartments are available to sub-lease to new Dartmouth Health employees. A subsidy may be available, based on the employee's household income.
Eligibility to rent one of Dartmouth Health’s managed apartments is determined by the Relocation Services team. To reserve a unit, simply fill out the Housing Request Form and we will be happy to guide you through the process. Please note that you cannot work directly with the property.
