We offer a number of paid and sponsored training and education opportunities through our registered career school, the Workforce Readiness Institute, as well as in partnership with educational institutions across the country. These opportunities allow you to start or grow your career in healthcare!
Workforce Readiness Institute
The Dartmouth Health Workforce Readiness Institute (DHWRI) is a registered career school with the New Hampshire Department of Education. The DHWRI offers 6 paid training programs, including 3 U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
Advanced Career Training programs
Advanced Career Training (ACT) programs sponsor current employees to attain education and training to advance into a new position in laboratory and diagnostic areas.
Nursing training and education programs
In partnership with regional educational facilities, we support education across the entire nursing career ladder, from Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Other opportunities
We offer a number of additional internships, residencies, fellowships, and training opportunities for healthcare professionals.
