Professional and skill development resources
- Dartmouth Health Professional Development Guide: We strive to hire, develop, and promote employees based on the competencies that will help them thrive in their roles. The Professional Development Guide presents well-defined behavioral competencies, organized by both category and role level. For each behavioral competency, the Professional Development Guide provides specific development suggestions to help employees and managers determine where to focus development efforts and how to measure progress.

- Visit the LinkedIn Learning login page.
- Enter your work email address into the Email field, and then press the Enter key or click Continue.
- Click Sign in with Single Sign-On.
- You may be prompted to enter your work credentials. If you are, enter those credentials and then click LOG IN.
- LinkedIn Learning: This award-winning online training program gives our employees the opportunity to refine their existing skills and develop new ones. Employees can select from LinkedIn Learning's library of over 15,000 digital courses that cover a wide range of technical, business, software, and creative topics, all taught by experienced, industry-leading experts. - Professional skills courses: A variety of professional skills courses are offered to Dartmouth Health staff. These open enrollment courses are designed to enhance your skills to become even more effective personally, with your team, and with your patients. Many professional skills courses are available virtually via Webex and in person. Dartmouth Health employees can register for courses online.
