Interim President and CEO of New London Hospital
Lauren Geddes Wirth, MD, is the Interim President and CEO of New London Hospital, a member of the Dartmouth Health system. Prior to joining NLH in September of 2023 as Chief Medical Officer, Lauren held multiple leadership positions in the Mass General Brigham Community Group, including Medical Director and Physician Wellbeing Chair. In addition, Lauren owned and practiced at Mill Brook Pediatrics, an independent affiliate of the Mass General Brigham health system.
Lauren graduated from Dartmouth College and the Brown-Dartmouth Program in Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Brown University's Hasbro Children's Hospital/Rhode Island Hospital and was selected to serve an additional year as chief resident in pediatrics.
Lauren and her husband, Bill, live in Grantham, New Hampshire. Lauren and Bill, with their five adult children, enjoy the outdoors of the Upper Valley.
