eIRB System

The Dartmouth Health IRB uses an electronic submission system (eIRB) to receive, review, and approve research studies. All research studies must use the eIRB system to receive a determination or approval of their study.

Access the eIRB system

Note: You must be on the Dartmouth Health network to access the eIRB.

eIRB reference materials

You can find reference materials, including templates, worksheets, checklists, and standard operating procedures in the eIRB Library.

To view the eIERB Library:

1. Log in to the eIRB system.
2. In the gray menu bar at the top, click IRB.
3. In the light blue menu that appears below that, click Library.

To view eIRB system guides:

1. Log in to the eIRB system.
2. In the gray menu bar at the top, click IRB.
3. In the light blue menu, click Help Center.
